Questions we are asked
Short, plain answers about how Wagenberg Technology Group works.
What does Wagenberg Technology Group do?
We build and test software, AI workflows and automation for small and mid-size teams, then hand it over working. Our six services are software engineering, AI workflows, automation, platforms, QA and launch readiness, and technical problem-solving.
Who will I work with?
Thomas Wagenberg, the founder. He does the engineering himself, from the first scoping call to the handover.
How does a project run?
In four stations: map (a written scope of what gets built, what does not, and how we will know it works), build on a staging copy, test by role and by device, and hand over with code, documentation and access in your own accounts.
Do you work on our live system?
Changes run on a staging copy first. Code lands by reviewed pull request, with a record of what changed and why.
Where do you work?
We work remotely with teams across the United States.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project. We agree the scope in writing before work starts.
Do you put our data into AI tools?
Passwords, keys and private data are never pasted into AI tools.
Do you offer IT support, hosting or marketing?
No. We focus on software engineering, AI workflows, automation, platforms, QA and launch readiness, and technical problem-solving.
